No, because I said cash on collection. He asked if I had insurance on Percy, cos then he could come up the next night and pick him up etc. I cancelled Percy when I got my hands on the new 1. Haven't heard owt off him since.
I had the same thing when I sold a Corsa last year and the winning bidder didn't respond despite numerous messages.
I eventually contacted eBay to say the bidder hadn't paid and eventually got a message from him saying "he'd driven past the car and it wasn't big enough for him"!!!
Surely you'd check the size of a car out before bidding. Total time waster.
If you've given the buyer the chance to contact you and pay I would report it to eBay now to start the ball rolling for them to chase up the payment and make sure you're not charged the selling fee.
