I have been to F&B three times since it opened and each and every time the service has been absolutely terrible

It's not somewhere I go a lot but have to say each time I've been the service and food have been alright. Not amazing, but then I dont expect amazing from a F&B's

Got to say I've been about 4 times and the service and food has always been pretty decent. Nice varied menu and always tasty. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. Plus like someone said earlier its got a good atmosphere.

I have to say that they are very friendly for children and food was quite nice to!

They also give discounts, I think of 20% to certain employess, Stafford hospital is one and I think people who are in the army too. But call and check first in case it has changed!

The twice i've been have always been nice and the staff gave a freindly and very good service. Yes it's a bit pricey but it isn't Mac D's you know lol. Sadly Mr Picky has gone off the place so i guess i won't be going there again soon

I know that the majority of people on here have rated F&B well, and I have in the past. A couple of weeks ago I went with a work colleague. I ordered calamari to start and spaghetti and meatballs for main. I was there with a work colleague and waited 25 minutes for the starter - which was massively overcooked. As I was with someone I didn't say anything. We then waited 1 hour and 10 minute waiting for our main course. In the end we had to leave because we ran out of time and to be honest that amount of time isn't acceptable.

The young lad couldn't apologise enough who took our orders and said he agreed the service wasn't up to scratch.

The place was not over busy so that couldnt be used as an excuse. I won't be going back in a hurry.

We like to sit outside early evening, but the attitude seems to be that you will be last to be served if you are out there.
Staff often seem surprised when we ask to sit outside.
There are always reasons why the umbrellas cant be put up / put down / heaters on etc - its almost as if they are trying to discourage outdoor diners as its possibly inconvenient.

Saying that we still go back, cos their pizzas are fantastic!
