I am a facilitator for Penny Brohn UK which is a Charity currently offering free wellbeing sessions to anyone in the county affected by cancer , including close supporters.
Our next event is on July 11th at the Northfield Centre in Stafford [ST16 3DA]. The event starts at 10am and lasts 3 hours. There is no need to book but please arrive by 9.45 to register.
You will learn about how you can improve your well being with healthy eating and physical activity as well as the importance of relaxation.
We also run these events in Stoke on Trent on alternate months
