Has anyone else had problems with Heart Internet?
They've just completely deleted and disabled one of my sites as it was allegedly hacked. They won't tell me exactly what the problem was, apart from "an unsafe script". A quick check of the files on the site vs. a backup from 3 months ago shows absolutely zippo difference apart from 2 lines of php that redirect a certain page to my home server.
This isn't my first problem with them. They've repeatedly deleted my databases (and offerered no explanaition), deleted random files (for no reason), and cut off my email forwarding (no reason).
Are they just arseholes or what?
