What are your plans this year? We've got a week in The Lake District in February, Vietnam over Easter and although not booked, we'll be having our usual Scilly fortnight in September.

Nothing planned for us yet . Hubby has been transferred to another company starting 1st Jan (after the job he'd been doing for 29 years ceased to exist at Xmas).

So don't know which weeks we can book yet. Usually got the whole year booked by now!

Las Vegas mid year, Scotland over Christmas as well as a number of Festivals and long weekends.

I find myself in the Cotswolds alot but only advertise it discreetly due to the public nature of this board. Rest assured I will mention where I have been in my motorhome after the fact.

Nothing planned but have the Caravan as fall back. Possible a cruise in Southern Japan or SE Asia for a week with a few hotels days either side.

Possible charity walk up Snowdon in May, although I don't know the route they're taking. Fancy some time on the Jurassic Coast which is not so far away from here. Did a weekend there some years back and was fascinated. Would like a run to Scotland, but it's a bloody long way from here as I'd like to do Suilven one more time and that's up near the top end. Probably my most favourite mountain ….

I will be at Shell island as soon as I get a bed in the back of the new van, and Cornwall is on the cards for the summer, I might even venture back to france again after the van is all set up.

I'm off to Poland skiing on 14th Feb.

First time since rupturing my ACL a few years ago - what's the worst that can happen??!

I did Madeira in March 4 years ago. Such a brilliant place, and it was warm enough to swim. I definitely want to go back.

Sons going to Prague with his mates next week and I like the look of the apartments he's staying in. If he thinks it will suit us , may look at giving that a go for a short break for a change.

Which makes me rather glad that some years back I moved from a house 18ft above sea level to one that is 300ft above sea level. Not the reason I moved but ...

Hey … with that scenario I'll be able to sail up to Stafford … (I'm 500ft above sea level, I figure if I get flooded, I'll be in a Kevin Costner movie .. :heyhey:)

Going to make a full coastal walk difficult … and, if you catch the odd ferry … a lot longer than it is now. :hmm:
