How should Stafford Forum implement a dating system?

I would so love to see that! Not just in a dating way but I've always thought how great a forum night out might be anyway. Several forumites sipping mulled wine outside my house was quite memorable for me. Maybe we should book a room and DJ and throw our own exclusive SF event. Or a 17 seater minibus / coach and have a forum day at the seaside.
Sorry, I'm derailing as always! :)
Or just flashmob a wedding reception in Burston, or somewhere..?

Maybe on peoples profiles there can be a Single Status:

Happily Single
Single
Single and Ready to Mingle!
Taken
Married
Unhappily Married
Prefer Not to Say

Then at least it gives peoples an idea of who would be interested/ available?

Maybe rather than a dating section maybe a 'Meet Up' section?

So Miss SingleMcSingle could create a post saying:
'I like long walks on the beach and candlelit dinners - anyone interested in meeting up?'

Or equally I could create a post saying:
'Anyone want to go to the pub for a drink?'

These are great ideas, thanks @That-Crazy-Rat-Lady :)

Organising a night out is a great idea.
Many of us could meet/flirt in person.

Who makes the popcorn for those watching?

Well, I'd be buggered (not literally of course). Pretty much everyone that would most likely attend already knows me. In all honesty I think it would take people 30 mins maximum face to face to figure everyone out. It's amazing how much we all know about eachothers personalities just through the forum.

... well I suppose some of us do spend 50% of every day on here!

You'd all spot me a mile off!

Although I do like the idea of a Forum meet up - I also like the anonymity and mystery of it all - I wouldn't want that to change!

There is a company that will make a card on elastic face mask to the design of your choosing

If everyone wore their avatar and a little black dress....

Freshers are always a challenge,
being mysterious faceless, shapeless shadows ready to surprise
curious, worthy and inquisitive females..

How about 4th March Saturday Rock Night at Tap and Spile?
Usual disclaimer applies..
