Is everything OK?

As you may or may not have noticed, I'm tinkering again.. I've noticed that a couple of times this afternoon there have been a few people logged on, then suddenly they disappear and it shows an equivalent number of Guests online..

Are you lot getting chucked off and having to log back in again, or are you really just logging off together by co-incidence?

If you experience any weird behaviour, or if there is anything you would like me to correct, please PM me :)

(TENSHON, I know about your OS9/IE issue  )

Was the Forum down today or was it my computer in a really bad mood?
The host I use (i.e. the company I pay to put The Forum on the Internet) is in the process of a major hardware upgrade and relocation.. You can expect a few hiccups for the next couple of weeks..

If anyone notices that The Forum is down for any significant amount of time please e-mail me on admin@staffordforum.com or contact BBC

Thanks :)

It's definitely my end, all manner of malfunctions to-day. The worst thing is we've got all these anti-virus programs but without a moments notice it's gone, really fun when Finbar is in the middle of gettin BRUM to town via Cbeebies and some porn pop's up
.The fun's in the explaining.

Everything seems pretty stable at the mo Big G. The only thing i've noticed is that the times of posts change. This isn't just when i go from offline to online, but also when i'm switching twixt threads too. It also happens when i'm at home or at work, so i'm guessing other people have noticed too...correcto? It's not a major issue, just a minor glitch.

i've noticed that you sometimes disappear from the "Registered User online" list, which means for one reason or another you are getting logged out periodically.. if this were the case, it would make the forum time stamps switch between server time (GMT-5hrs) and GMT whislt you were browsing the forum.. might be a cookie/cache issue on your machine..

Does anyone else have this problem?

Why do certain members points appear to be going up at an alarming rate :ninja: some 'you scratch my back, I'll scratch your balls' malarky goin on .

I have the ability to arbitrarily change people's Stafford Points, but the only person I have touched (oo-er) is Anders_ Panders in reward for her hitting the 6000th post milestone.. If anyone else has a large number of points, they must have done something to warrant major Skill!

I didn't go anywhere :?:

I like to keep my posting to a minimum.. Makes me appear more enigmatic ;)

I'm always here, though.. Watching.. Watching..
