Definitely listen to @arthur where she says -I'm going to ring up tomorrow, while kids are at school x
Knee jerk reaction to the 'creep out' factor of your initial post was CALL THE COPS but the above advice is a better first step. If you are further fobbed off though, make it plain that you'll take it further. It is always best to make any complaint ... to their chief exec...
Well done for insisting they take action - don't let the matter drop until you have a satifactory outcome - ie he's sackedReceived another apology from sarh this morning and a voicemail. Apologising , basically saying my complaint has been sent to wrong place and they are now investigating "creeps" conduct. They said to expect a call from the people investigating it soon. They said they understand the seriousness of my complaint
Did you report it to the police too?Received another apology from sarh this morning and a voicemail. So relieved you've done this, reporting it to the police should give you some reassurance, if he bothers you again about anything you must let them know & they can start action under the harassment act or at the very least warn him that they will.Yes I've reported it to police, just so it's there on paper. I don't want them to take any action unless he bothers me again.
At least if it happens to someone else then there's a bit more to back up their story.
Hopefully sarh will sort it out so it doesn't happen to anyone in the future. Even if they just stop him visiting people I'll be a lot happier.
Still waiting for that phone call that was promised to me though... we'll see.
The creep is due to complete surveys at my neighbours very soon. I'm dreading bumping into him
Dont you think the employer should be made aware of the employees actions & abuse of position? I would want to know if I was employing him....This thread has taken a nasty turn - we have gone from a disillusioned saddo trying to use his position to gain a date (wrong I know and he deserves all that is coming to him) to blackmailing his employer with threats of publicity.

Indeed I find your bolt cutter idea much better...of course they should know, and of course they should act on it but demanding free weeks rent and suggesting "exposure" in the press is not the way forward IMHO (any more than my preference for a few stout men and a set of bolt cutters could be classed as "advice")
And not in any way threatening...Indeed I find your bolt cutter idea much better...

I did realise that
