Well-Known Forumite
Project Manager
Staffordshire County Council - Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom
Job description
£34,746 - £38,405 per annum
Staffordshire County Council is embarking on an ambitious transformation agenda, containing the next generation of innovative public sector solutions, unprecedented levels of management and delivery complexity within an increasingly complicated stakeholder and partnership environment.
The successful delivery of the next generation of transformation projects is fundamentally influenced by how well they are shaped, initiated and mobilised amongst significant uncertainty. This requires project managers to demonstrate effective leadership, enabling multiple stakeholders to agree a good enough view of the ‘why, what, how and when’ of projects, by balancing key factors such as achievement of outcomes, deliverability and the appropriate level of design.
Staffordshire County Council’s Transformation Support Unit is an award winning transformation team that has a track record of successfully delivering the most complex transformation projects within Local Government. We pride ourselves in attracting and developing the best change professionals in the public sector.
