I managed to accumulate hundreds of pots, I thought I had too many, but I didn’t! So, I’m on a mission today collecting from lots of generous people on my local Facebook group.
Eldest has football that’s going to take up most of the morning but the rest of my jobs for the weekend involve cracking on with the garden and reporting seedlings. I think I need a bigger greenhouse.

The last 2 years I’ve bought chilli plants from, of all places, Aldi in town. About £3 each & both produced loads of good hot chillies outside all the time. The first were really hot yellow chillies, last year not quite so hot red ones. We got so many from the first ones that I dried a load of them & ground them in a coffee grinder. We’re still using that.Tried growing chillies again this year, were going well but yesterday's sun seems to have burnt them a bit
This weekend I really want to see the sea, hubby and I are disagreeing of what is a what isn’t allowed, seaside holiday accommodation is open (self contained) but I’m not sure that day trips are allowed yet.
We will probably end up having the weekend in the garden, for a change.
Seems I misread the fertiliser and used 19x strength when reporting, may have burnt the rootsThe last 2 years I’ve bought chilli plants from, of all places, Aldi in town.
