Thistly Cross

Which I am told is unfused with whisky.

Whatever it is unfused with, it is bloody lovely.

I know that this post is a year old, but I believe cider growing in Spain is pretty much limited to the North West - I suspect the rest of it probably gets a bit hot for apple trees. Were you to return you might wish to bear that in mind. Or just embrace the fact wine can be had for €0.65 a litre...

Was back again yesterday, many more ciders consumed and a few foods too. Well done Ed, great weekend
