Little green dot

On my profile pic to the left, there is a picture of My T. Above that there is one little green dot.

What does the green dot mean? I was hoping id get an extra one at 200 post, but since this is post 201 it hasnt changed.

Oh and ive just noticed ive lost two Stafford points. And I wasnt even abusive.

Oh don't be such a whingebag, I must have lost well over 100 points by now, the only reason i'm in the black is because admit took pity on me and awarded me loads for helping out some poor couple who had water issues in hixon.
