Sadly it looks that way.
Stricter checks on who lives where, compulsory photo ID for each person voting and one of theses coloured stamps that you can't remove for 48hrs would largely put a stop to it and ought to be implemented across the country.
It is postal voting that is causing a lot of these problems, the Labour Party has embarked on a massive campaign to sign up their supporters to vote through the post.
As Proactive says there has to be stricter checks on those who vote, my daughter couldn't believe that she could just walk into a Polling Station and vote without any proof of ID and it looks like procedures and security at the count are going to have tightened up.

Shame we have to pussy foot around where much of this fraud is coming from. It's the same about why we ended up with having to have photo ID cards for driving licences, I wonder how many cousins were taking tests for people. And for some reason most whiplash insurance claims are made in Manchester, Bradford and Birmingham.
Still we should be happy how we are being culturally enriched.
