Lovely black fluffy cat - FREE to good home

Some friends of mine are moving house and unfortunately cannot take their lovely cat with them.

She's about 3 or 4 years old (she was a rescue cat so they're not too sure), is jet black and really fluffy, extremely friendly, house trained and neutered. They are looking for a good home for her to go to asap...as in by Saturday. It's all very short notice and the only other option is for them to send her to Sadpaws or similar. I will upload some photos from my phone when I get the chance, but if anyone's interested please PM me. Ta.

wanna see my snake?
Would offer, but my flatmate hates cats and is also horribly allergic!

EDIT: Actually it'd probably eat my fish too!

Send your flatmate packing and make sure he takes the fishies with him: job done!

No need. Keep the fish - just put the horribly allergic flatmate in the pond and when the cat approaches, his appalling suppurating pustules and violent uncontrollable sneezing will simply keep the cat at bay. Thus, fish are safe, flatmate is not homeless and the cat is also not homeless.

It just needs thinking through..

I like your logic, you should run for government.

Does a 'rescue cat' carry out similar tasks to a St Bernard?........
Good point, what is the choice of liquor to be carried by said cat? This is important.

He is partial to the odd gin. If you deliver a bottle of Bombay Sapphire to me then I will personally make sure it reaches him.

Great news - tomorrow's Saturday and I was beginning to panic a little...
Well it was meant to be last Saturday but I managed to delay things a little. She reached her destination on Thursday eve.

Don't play games with us! I'm worried now...
Lol...err...it's not a general cause for concern Mr G...just that cookie might be slightly concerned as to whether G-Unit will be looking after the cat or vice versa!
