Yep my non-attendance was an epic fail, but was cooking my Sunday lunch à la Keith Floyd, so was more than merry by the time had finished and in no state to go anywhere! Will have to arrange a night out soon though as I've become a boring and a hermit recently...

The PC would be for the GF and looks more than adequate (i.e. better than mine) so she'd be happy. Need a rough idea of how much you'd be after so as not to insult you with some pathetic offer! Lemme me know if Jay can't afford it and roughly how much you'd want and will then count my pennies to see if I can take it off your hands

Just upgraded mine so can imagine what her response would be to yet another hand-me-down! Plus it'll take more than a shiny new PC to make me cool and don't think I could make you lot suffer the old me again...

i know, they're bonerific!! i'm going for a 21.5" one, though.. 27" is bigger than the TV in my bedroom, there's no way i need one that size! lol..

the new magic mouse looks well nice as well! shame the standard wireless keyboard doesn't have a numpad, so i'll have to opt for the wired version.. but it's a minor niggle!
