It's the ultimate obstacle course - Wipeout style! Underground pipes are now visible, I'm not sure how this helps workers to lay a few bricks?Been into town today and the Market Square is a disaster zone. What a complete mess.

It is where they are placing a new tree. Tree was put in this morning and they are adding soil in and around the said "milk crates" which are part of the root protection system.I walked past the Market Square this afternoon & it looked as though they were stacking black milk crates within the gaping hole?

The government are now big advocates of Prince 2 which is a good project management tool to assist in the management of projects.This is a government job, the contractors could easily take 20 months and it'd still be seen as acceptable...
