Brilliant @wildwood ... don't slip to far though - I only started eating a normal amount of carbs in November & I've put on just over 10lbI've lost 1.5 stone since October by simply giving myself a slap and telling myself I can do it. Simply by calorie watching (I'd reduced down to 1200 a day) cutting out any treats or nibbles during the day and becoming more active. ...... since January I've struggled to find the motivation and have slipped a little.
Maybe we can all keep each other motivated...
