Enjoying a drop of red.
I was annoyed at them for not looking at the car when I first rang them of the fuel pump, they seemed to drag their feet, it was as if they didn't want to touch it. The young lad today was lovely (not as cute as his boss tho). Fingers crossed it will be all sorted asap.
Do you think the Puma is that nice?
Visibility is shite, the back window is no bigger than a cat flap.
You are welcome to try and smoke around in it too if you have insurance?
I'm not saying you haven't got just caused to be pissed with Secure-a-Car.

Yes, I like Pumas. They handle well, still look good compared to the sameulike stuff of today and have more than enough power. In good nick they are going up in value now. I have a mate with a Racing version (basically a tarted up 1.7 with metallic blue paintwork. It's always a pleasure to get behind the wheel when we meet up at Curborough.

I was watching a youtube vid earlier of an old Top Gear. I think it was Tiif Niedel or Quentin Wilson going on about the racing Puma, that was a lovely blue.
Wasn't bothered which colour I got, I just wanted 1.

I've nearly bought a Puma twice now, one was a deep blue/purple & the other was silver - it might even be the one that you have as it was an s reg!

Anyhow, just had to spend £150 this morning getting the husbands cars exhaust fixed....there's already too much month left! .Grrrr .

Mine came from a bloke in Rugeley. 1 of the nurses at work is best mates with his wife, sumat I found out after I'd bought it.
The couple 2 doors away had a V reg Puma in the blue/purple. I think it was advertised on here, not too sure?

Shhhhhhhh. I have my car back. It needed a new battery, the fault I put it in with, still hasn't been fixed (!), but, if it occurs now after having said new battery, they will fix it for me.
Which is fine, as long as I'm not down at Stonehenge when it goes again.

Hope you are sorted now ? It can be a bugger trying to track down an intermittent electrical fault.

I drove to work at 6.30am this morning, it was so lovely. Have to admit to a massive attack of the nerves when I put the key in the thingy, but it started fine. I half expected to come out of work and ring Precious and tell him it wouldn't start.
Would I recommend Secure A Car? The jury's out on that. I'll see how the wheels go. Tho, apart from the initial dragging of their heels when I first phoned them about the faulty fuel pump, they've managed fit me in when they said they would. The lads that work there are polite and friendly, and didn't seem to mind me in full rant mode.

Fingers crossed the car hasn't conked out on me yet. But, I have a petrol leak now, so I'm going to ask the very nice bloke at the garage in Jerningham street to have a nose at it.
