Sitting talking to a couple in a pub in Paignton, they said what a small world it is as they've just seen their neighbour on the pier. Turns out they live in Worcester , right by sons works and regular customers of his πŸ˜‚.

Reinforces my argument for getting hubby to close the apartment bedroom curtains when he's starkers, as the hotel next door bedroom windows overlook us...... he keeps saying no-one knows us......never know who is going to recognise us from back home:embarrass::ninja: 🀣

I beg to differ!!!!!

From the misdemeanors you describe on this Forum I suspect you are both wanted on several police constabularies πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Super pissed off with this rain !!!! Certainly chose the wrong week away for the weather! ( Got the same week booked in for next year, so avoid booking it if you want good weather folks... )

Now I know what the purpose of the long jump was in those hated school PE lessons. With a flooded approach road to our apartments most times we come in or out , would have been useful to be able to clear it in one giant leap instead of wading through getting wet feet.

Someone recently enquired about classical guitar lessons but buggered if I can find the post. Can anyone remember where it is.

Changed sex !
Worcester council tax bill finally arrived in my inbox as MR ' Staffordjas' & MR ***** but they don't know how to change it on their new system. He's having a go at changing it once the call's ended , but said that's probably why it went in as MR as his colleague setting it up probably didn't know how to get to 'Mrs' on the screen

Enjoying a drop of red.
Still not going to get to see my first home game of the season :(

Though, on the plus side it will hopefully give them time to get their act together!

Decided maybe Torbay isn't meant to be for us...
After 2 emergency doctors visits in past years , then GP rushing me into Torquay A&E a few years ago..hubby now been ill in bed the past 2 days :(

Making the most of actually having dry weather on the last day , left him in bed , and having a lonesome stroll along the seafront enjoying watching & listening to the waves. Most relaxing :)

I couldn't find a proper post for this, sorry if it offends or upsets anyone.
We had to take our Boots to the vets yesterday, he'd been off his food for 2 or 3 days and just looked rough. Lost a bit of weight and just wasn't himself. Long story short-ish, he had a severe case of Anaemia, which the vet could do nothing about. I would have paid anything to have got him better. Anything.
Anyhow, he's now crossed the Rainbow bridge and is back playing with Puss, Sooty and Sweep.
