Spent today with both my sisters, and I could do a murder. Boxing Day is dads birthday, and every year we go and put flowers on his grave. Again this year I drove to Eccleshall to pick the big un up, then to the youngests to get her. and finally we reach Moddershall churchyard. I drive to fast, I drive too slow, did I want to let the big un drive, cos she's been driving a lot longer than me. I almost stopped the car and kicked her out at 1 point. Flowers sorted, we head back thru Stone, where it's decided we will stop at the pub my neice (big uns daughter) works, oh great fun. Then the youngest gets a phone call off chief dickheadknobstain, he's in the Labour in Yarnfield, why don't we join him.
Ends up me and big un having words in the pub and me telling them both that I ain't going do this shite next year.
I want to go somewhere remote and scream my head off and have a bloody good cry.

This year by the permission of God went Ethelfleda, lady of Mercia, with all the Mercians to Tamworth; and built the fort there in the fore-part of the summer; and before Lammas that at Stafford

The guy in the house behind mine must have been out in the Xmas sales and bought himself a cheap Xmas projector thingy.

The red LED lights are really annoying because I keep catching them from the corner of my eye whilst sitting on my sofa.

Having them at the back of his house is a bit silly really because no-one else apart from me can see them and he'll have to sit in his garden to enjoy them properly.

I say projector it's either that or there are 20 or so SAS lasers targeted at his house:)

And there goes another of Spawn3's beds  Luckily we knew it was on its last legs so had another in the wings. She got into bed last night and promptly went through the last of the stupid wooden slats. I feel a bit crap so I've just taken it down for now. She can camp on her mattress till tomorrow and i'll get her new one up some time tomorrow. That's the third since we've been here and her 6th in total. She's 11. She also broke 3 cots and 2 travel cots. It's not even her weight.

Could you have saved any wood from the fence panel when it was kicked down? Always handy to have spare slats.
