No noise then. Booooh. The new Zero was delivered this morning. After a quick blast, terrorising the neighbourhood with all the noise, I'm a happy bunny.

This, what @proactive said.
The age thing, and doing what you want.
I know people my age that consider themselves “old”, their lifestyle is old, they don’t go anywhere or do anything, and I’ve got friends 30 years older than me (Lovely Norman), that consider themselves “young” , they live live to the full, do what they want..
Surely, if we’ve learned anything about coronavirus, or lockdown, or whatever, it’s to do what you want to now, live for the moment.
Never too early to start either, I'm way more active in my 40s than I was in my 30s. Or 20s for that matter!
I can't get the hang of gyms, I just feel out of place and quite self conscious.
Off to the north today. My grandsons birthday this week and so a trip to Chester Zoo beckons. What was tradition with his mother seems to be the tradition with him.
I'm far from fat, quite the opposite, I just feel odd and never seem to know what I'm doing. I guess thats why I like running, it's a solitary thing.I felt like that initially.
At the time i was 19 stone and resembled jabba ( star wars) , dripping with sweat and that was just getting there and changed lol.
i went from being in there 20 mins to 3 hour sessions almost daily.
The self conscious feeling just went away after a few weeks for me and i never really thought of it after that.

Answered a knock on the door to find a dishy young man pointing out the food and drinks on the doorstep. Insisted it was my number house, so had to get him to check the persons name on the order incase son had secretly ordered it for us..... wrong house . (Good job son hadn't warned me to expect a surprise delivery like he sometimes does , or I'd have just took that one in and scoffed it and next door would have gone without their tea )
