i think so. or summat. theres been a few occasions with aftershock..none of which i can recollect at the moment. im sure jimbob and panders will enlighten us later...they seem to experiment on me with different boozes, and then sit back and watch the effect, like im some sort of lab monkey, and they the clipboard wielding professors.

sambucas much better - down the hatch without any "aftershock" (if ya get me)....but aftershock (the drink) seems to be the only booze people have in their cupboard at their houses when all other booze supplies have been exhausted. its one of them that you still hiccup 3 days later.

The one thing that is always left at ours is Grappa. If anyone out there hasn't had the pleasure..save yourself the pain! A friend of mine who had foolishly boasted 'I'll drink anything' was unable to drink more than a mere sip, before looking increasingly ill. Revolting.

quality. ill give it a go. was it one of your mates idea of a souvenir from their holiday? ie find the local tipple, select the cheapest brand and give to andreas.

that isnt what i was drinking on christmas eve at yours was it? i know i was drinking some vile concoction because that was all you had.

mind you, it was about 6 in the morning and i should have been home about 4 hours previously...that was probably the only reason i left!

ok then....im sold- this i have to see.

it looks like the trip to ikea may have to be postponed then there will be double

I'm in Manchester for the footie, last time I made a 5:15pm kick off I was sick on the bus as it returned back to Stafford - was swiftly dropped off at home and went straight to bed! Fingers crossed I might be able to manage moderate consumption and be able to pop in for a pint or two.

What time are you eating? I'll be enjoying some 'positive eating' pre match so won't need a curry of sorts later.
