Am i right in thinking that Mr Marwood IS Mr Reggae radio????
There is some evidence that Mr Marwood has Caribbean tendencies....

e.g.,
John Marwood said:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ig4OiBwD43I
Which would lead one to this.

There is a new radio station serving Staffordshire - I think it's something to do with the old Super Radio mob. It's called Radio Nova, but it's url is: www.super-radionova.com - you can see why I think it's something to do with Super radio.

Just music being streamed at the moment, but it's worth keeping an eye (or should that be ear?) on.

Most of the side-menu isn't working yet, but I would anticipate things to be much the same as last time.

Oh - I hadn't noticed that! You think this is going to be something new and different then?
well, the big "Download the RadioNova Player here" link at the bottom of the page links to staffordshirebiz.com, which is a site that someone called mark whittaker has been spamming me about on facebook, so i assume there is some affiliation there.. does anyone recognise that name from the former super radio stafford? i'd love to see a successful stafford radio station :)

There's a mark whittaker who runs some sort of fan club for Stafford Rangers I think and didn't he do some live match reports on Super Radio Stafford?

Could be wrong though.

Sounds a bit suss that they shut the old one down and have re-opened it under a new name.....
Not being in possession of any of the facts, it would seem most likely that the "forgetting of what bullshit has been told to whom" prior to the demise of SRS would refer to advertisers wouldn't it?

Slaters and Stan still on-board apparently - i feel an Admin 'moved posts to...' edit approacheth.

Here we go again, lets hope lessons have been learned.
Agree. Will we now have lots of people joining the forum to tell us how good the new station is? Then reappearing only to tell us to listen to so and so at 6pm or whatever time on Thursday, Friday etc?
I watched the last lot of Super Staff radio posts with interest. Forumites gave some constructive criticism and then there was at least one new member that came on to have a pop that people were being anti-stafford for doing so, or something like that.
Despite the forum offering much more support than otherwise.

Hi Carlos, welcome to Stafford Forum! :)

Are you connected with the former Super Radio Stafford, or this new Super-Radio Nova, in any way? I'm not implying you are, incidentally, for all you others! Just asking, to give you the opportunity to clear it up right away before any accusations start flying around. :P

Regardless, as others have said, it would be great to see a successful Stafford radio station, and Stafford Forum would be more than happy to get behind it (as we did with Super Radio Stafford)! :D

Shouldn't imagine so, music sounds the same & jingles are the same just with super radio cut off and nova stuck on! - Sorry not sure of the technical terms!
