How long will the next recession last?

Banks are better funded

Only 31% of households have a mortgage

Banks only supply 31% of all mortgages

Many people hold savings

Everything costs stupid money

Lots of people are desperately buying private healthcare

Vacancies are high but wages are low

Belt tightening costs jobs

Sounds to me like a Mobius loop tied up with a Gordian knot all hidden away inside a 16 a side invisible Rubik cube. :urgh:

We have people in charge of the nation that will dig their heels in to stop normal folk like transport workers getting a deserved rise, while at the same time promoting the release of the cap on top bankers pay so they can fix the effects of Brexit and attract more rich people to do rich jobs for rich people.
If you still don't get it, you really need to catch up!

Brexit is a complete f*** up. This government is a complete f*** up. The response to Climate Change and environmental disaster is a complete f*** up ... .... and we are sliding inexorably towards World War Three.

I don't want to get it thank you .... I'll just open another beer and wait for that bright flash on the horizon, at which point the Earth can pass GO, collect 200 quid and start again.

From what I've seen this week, Mick Lynch seems to be tearing a lot of people a new one, whilst also showing the British public how idiotic many of those in power and in media are!
Straight answers and embarrassing people with their loaded questions is his thing! Pointing out the obvious that billionaires keep making more billions while normal folk can't afford to eat or heat, and those in power shout louder to put people back in their place and hope we don;t notice.
The work has to turn at some point! Vive la People! ✊

He's been brilliant, absolutely brilliant. His hero is James Connolly. Says it all. The Labour Party would be very wise to follow his lead in how to get a clear consistent message across.

The Labour Party are doomed unless they lose Starmer quickly

Outside bet Bridget Phillipson at 25/1

Alternatively, just give up and leave the country
