Can anyone recommend a local CCTV installer, have tried two, one came along and we went through what was required, he said her would give me a quote and never heard from him again !! the other guy came along dropped a quote off two days later, quote had no accompanying letter, just one company headed sheet, a list of equipment to be supplied and fitted then a lump sum at the bottom. No VAT, no guarantee statement, although supposed to be a large ltd company, no company number or registered address on it, I rang him and asked about their guarantee policy, he said he would provide it, again never heard from him again !!

I assume what you want is outside the realms of DIY?

Yes it requires a degree of expert knowledge in terms of setting up remote access view smart mob, connectivity of several cameras, playback etc which might be in the realms of some DIY folk but the subject matter is important in terms of reliable functionality.
I will go by way of TripAdvisor to state my complaints, it affords some protection and is setup for this type of issue.

Have you tried Cress security? Don’t know anything about them except that they are an established Stafford company with premises so might be worth looking at.
