Though obviously I abhor them as thieving scum and wish that their escape had ended with them driving into a huge lorry with a rusty spike on the front, causing them maximum harm, I can't help but admire the fact they found something of value in Penkridge.

Absolutely not, at the very least they should be given a quarter of an hour in the stocks, suspended for one week from the date of offence, of course.

No need for any of that, just bail them so they don't have to appear at a later date.

I believe asking them to please not do it again is the current preferred punishment.
