A friend from out of town is looking at moving to the area and asked me what I reckoned to Rowley Park but I had to be honest and say that I haven't a clue. Anyone got any opinions of the place so that I can pass on?

It is a sleepy affluent ( relative ) leafy suburb where shopkeepers, estate agents, and other dark artists dwell

What road? Crescent Road and St John's Road are pretty up market, and Lawn Road with its green in the middle used to be lovely, although I believe some of the larger houses at the end have been turned into cheap flats. To me, Rowley Park is only roads on the private estate, but I'm sure estate agents try to push the boundaries.
