Probably be our fault that

Doh! Am I the only one who didn't know that Lord Sta£ford is actually president of the rugby club. Or is that just a rumour?
LOLCome on now they will think this is me also ,
Still nothing as yet from the Biodiversity Officer - one can but hope that he'll have taken heart from the robustness of SWT's response.
Does anybody know what sort of time frame we are operating under here? If it has not been 'called in', does that mean that there won't be a committee hearing as there was in times of yore? Would such a planning committee hearing be open to the public as it was in the time of our forefathers? Those sorts of questions?
Are you allowed to record it yourself?
A year or two back the Gov legislated so that councils had to allow recording/video of public meetings, by anyone.
Is it though? I mean it should be and all that, but is it actually an issue to folks outside of the forum/Farcebook/Twattersphere, who make up the vast majority of the population?highly controversial.
Unless someone objects to being video recorded.
There was a spate of councillors around the country being caught playing games (Solitaire is particularly popular), checking emails, bank accounts, etc., during 'important' meetings, sometimes about making (other) people redundant.Unless someone objects to being video recorded.

You can video a Council meeting in England - though, some people will tell you that you can't.They can't object if they're in a public place, working for the public.
I believe i had some choice words to say about this person the last time round - i'll see if i can find them...It was called in by the ward cllr, then that was withdrawn, after she'd been 'advised' otherwise. Then she called it in again. Then that was withdrawn...
- frankly, i'd rather have her outside the tent pissing in, as she would almost certainly just piss all over herself anyway. The ward councillor, was particularly useless... - she insisted that a map be displayed while she gave her virtually incomprehensible ramblings on the matter, yet didn't even refer to it. When someone queried why it had been displayed, answer came that she had specifically asked for it to be, when asked why, answer came there none, not even from her. It was a map of a potential alternative site @ Burleyfields, a fact that i only realised later while looking through a related document at home. I cannot stress too highly how ineffectual this person was - she has brought shame not only on herself, but also to the voters of Doxey and Castletown, who must now be regarded as buffoons of the highest order if they thought voting for her was a good idea. For the record she was opposed - or at least i'm fairly sure she was, i'm not entirely convinced she knew where she was, let alone what she was doing.
You could be a person in a chair instead, with free coffee to boot. If the ^aforementioned Cllr is due to speak it's worth going just to see how truly dire she really is.I would love to be a fly on the wall at that meeting.

Thanks for the answers, chaps, will try and keep an eye out for public hearing dates.
