Right, I am trying to help here and all I read so far are good intentions and a couple of jokes (some of them mine).
Reasonable questions to ask:

1. Where the headquarter for the Stafford GhostBusters is going to be?
2. People remotely interested in this? Not so worrying => most will join when things are up and running, if we get to that end
3. When/where the first meeting?
4. Who researches the chilling things?

Just blowing some common sense..

We have no formal headquarters as yet as we are only just starting out and things are easily coordinated via the internet but any informal gathering of group members is happily encouraged.

If people are interested and want to wait until we are up and running to join that's
fine I will keep everyone up to date on any information we have.

As our group only has 15 members so far we have not yet decided on a first meeting date or location (but i will post it here).

Research falls to all our members at the moment as information is pretty easy to get your hands on, but when we are fully up and running roles will be allocated to individuals as per their skills.

Don't worry McGyver I don't intend to start a group of nutters running around the Midlands with torches frightening each other and getting arrested.

I would love to get in there, St Georges is actually a passion of mine as my great grandmother was a resident, I agree I would be praying for it not to collapse but after speaking with an urban explorer who has been in there and speaking to people who have worked there or are working there I would say its haunted.

Hi Glam, again :)

Is this the place to investigate?

Supposedly closed in 1997, do you think there is paranormal activity going on in the building?
Whenever I go inside, most likely on my own, I will be praying the whole thing does not collapse on top of my head.
Morticia, do you dare as well? :D

There is paranormal activity in there, myself and a friend witnessed it first hand.
But, that's not the building I'm on about, obviously.

I would imagine that the private residents in the new houses may also have some hauntings now as a result of being built in place of some of the old buildings.

YES, getting arrested with no-one to bail out is a bad idea.
If you need a hand with the logistics to venture into St. Georges say so..

I see some sinister looking dust particles !

As a photographer, 'Orbs' are the least compelling piece of evidence to put out there, and I cringe any time I see it. Ever wonder why they are so common ?

Stick to scientific method, it'll see you better.

I didn't say anything about orbs! I just asked what people see. And I'm all for science if you can prove something through scientific method it is much than someone saying I
saw a gggghhooosst.

The blog is well written and I look forward to reading it full of substantial stuff.
Probably you are tired of watching the Stir of Echoes with Kevin Bacon, but
like him, I am also quite sceptic of paranormal phenomena. However, I am curious..

I think there is a shadow around a shiny point at the end of the steps around the left corner, below the white arc.
