After weeks of hard work, and after winning the Staffordshire regional competition, Abigail was mentored by James Cracknell from The Moat House, Acton Trussell, Abi who is only 13, from Kingsmead School, has given her all this morning, in the Springboard Future Chef competition at University College Birmingham, on the pass we had chicken, fondant, leek, mushroom, bacon and tarragon veloute and a dessert of Vanilla panacotta, berry compote, poppy seed, well done Abi!! Well done from us all at The Lewis Partnership and well done to a very proud Mentor Chef James, Abi now goes on to the National Finals.
