Stafford cake decorators / makers / magicians?

Hello.

I am looking to have a cake made with a -- yet to be decided -- decoration, high quality like this sort of thing. Does anyone know of any Stafford based (or near to Stafford) shops/individuals do this? Quality is more important than low cost. oh and it must be delicious.
