Well what a bloody dissapointment! By the time it ended up happening at was almost 3 o'clock and there were about 30 or 40 (all kids) wanting to take part. Some guy was filming and asking them to "just jump around" to no music, and when I asked hadn't anyone organised a sound system, I was told that "Yeah we had one, but didn't bring it because it's broke".
Blast out the tune and i'm sure plenty may have joined in, but certainly wasn't anything worth filming. I'll keep a look out on Youtube, but I'm expecting nothing exciting. :(

they were there at around at 2pm - you may have seen a stupidly dressed female + 2 males - that was them. However they seemed uncomfortable at not knowing who was there to join in. A "ghetto blaster" of some sort would have definitely helped!!
Next time I shalnt announce such shenanigans as I feel stupid for thinking it might have gone to plan.

hmm there were a small collection of likely candidates hesitating by the guildhall entrance at one point.
I'v discovered I like people watching, so I quite enjoyed the opportunity to sit on a bench and just watch. I did play a secret game of spot the stafford forum members....but thought the town was predominatly made up with boys on bikes, heavily tatooed men with butch dogs, homless sand carvers, and giggly girls. Not sure I saw a SF member.

Sinn Fein? They'll be the ones with the actors speaking their words for them.

I was stood by the front of Barclays with my step daughter around the time you'd have been there. Black adidas coat with white stripes down the arms. I don't worry about anonymity too much as 75% of the forum regulars all know me now anyway ;)

Well this was what they acheived that day in town....
I'm disappointed!

There's one happening in Wigan by flashmob.co.uk at 2pm today, their fan page on facebook confirms that there will be hundreds possibly even thousands attending - but i'm not sad enough to drive 63 miles just for a harlem shake lol
