It does indeed and we have the Forum's own Tenshon to thank for the graphical expertise on that one. Tenshon is going it alone and setting up shop in the Ford next month, so I would recommend him to anyone needing design and layout skills.

how come there are no DJs on the poster? podz is still playing, innit? are there any more?

if you don't mention the DJs, that means the only people who will come are people interested in live music/bands.. and if they start hearing someone playing "techno" they will all start moaning through their eyeliner into their fairtrade lactose-free soy milkshakes..

yes, but if it's just crusty old rockers who turn up they won't be impressed with balaeric beats.. or whatever it is podz is spinning these days.. nu skool urban break tech house, or something lol.. if there are going to be DJs there, it would be nice to advertise it to draw in a bigger and more eclectic crowd!

Great news! I have spoken to Kerry from the Staffordshire Newsletter, who would like to do a lead piece in the entertainments section for the 23rd. I (mostly) will be putting together some kind of press release over the weekend and early next week, to be sent by this Wednesday. (I am planning to send a press release to the rest of the local media too.)

If any Forumites would like to say a few words about the gig (the line-up, anti-racism, whatever - but (sorry!) no hippos or dwarves), please let me know as soon as possible. No guarantees of publication, but having a couple of quotes will mean that the Forum can get an even bigger mention!
