I think I've heard of this thing you call 'change' I believe it is related to something called 'cash'The parking at Sainsbury's is horrible, I just wish you could pay by card as I rarely carry change.
Not good news at all.... Still on the bright side, it's one less company having deliveries early in the morning and late at night, clattering pallet trucks!!!Hough Argos closes in July.
Noooooo. It's the only decent Argos I've ever been in!!Hough Argos closes in July.
I'm not sure what Bill Cash has to do with it but whatever it is it can't be good.I think I've heard of this thing you call 'change' I believe it is related to something called 'cash'

"No more Cash for Bill" is what I saw painted all over Stone just before the general election after his expenses debacle.I'm not sure what Bill Cash has to do with it but whatever it is it can't be good.

Well that's handy, for those of us living in the paradise that is Stafford.Port Laoise is OK, and that's still there - I think.
Empty properties
You do not have to pay business rates on empty buildings for 3 months. After this time, most businesses must pay full business rates.
Some properties can get extended empty property relief:
- industrial premises (for example warehouses) are exempt for a further 3 months
- listed buildings - until they’re reoccupied
- buildings with a rateable value under £2,900 - until they’re reoccupied
- properties owned by charities - only if the property’s next use will be mostly for charitable purposes
- community amateur sports clubs buildings - only if the next use will be mostly as a sports club
And it all looked so promising when Argos shops was where Green Shield stamps were redeemed from 1973.Argos on the Hough closes on July 6th...
