So sadTree near home bargains has been cut down.
Perhaps is finally fell over in all the recent windTree near home bargains has been cut down.
Fair play to those concerned for tidying up what was left of the tree opposite home bargains in town...A couple of weeks ago we were at Geek retreat and the tree was listing at 45°
It was only a matter of time!!
But a replacement not planted yet ?Fair play to those concerned for tidying up what was left of the tree opposite home bargains in town...
I'd guess to replace it you have to fully re mm ove what was the which wouldn't be possible. What they have done looks goodBut a replacement not planted yet ?
Have you see a newly planted tree in Stafford recently? No matter how many our council destroy and cut down, replanting seems an alien concept to them. In fact in a recent 12 month period a freedom of info request got them to admit that in a whole year they had planted 7, yes seven treesBut a replacement not planted yet ?
Maybe something our MP could look into.Have you see a newly planted tree in Stafford recently? No matter how many our council destroy and cut down, replanting seems an alien concept to them. I've been growing a few from seed but nowhere seems to want to take them/ can't find anywhere to plant them. Hope to have another 10-15 saplings by the springHave you see a newly planted tree in Stafford recently? Perhaps but this isn't something that needs to be dependent upon politics. Wander down Corporation Street in October, fill a carrier bag full of conkers then get them planted.Maybe something our MP could look into.
No, probably not.
I've been growing hop plants for fifty-something years and plenty of people want them.I've been growing a few from seed but nowhere seems to want to take them/ can't find anywhere to plant them. Hope to have another 10-15 saplings by the spring
My mother used to grow her own hops for her home brew.I've been growing hop plants for fifty-something years and plenty of people want them.
Theres loads cut down in the corner of the aldi car park that were nowhere near tarmac, it's in the area thats now flooded!Trees when planted in urban environments often cause structural problems. Seen plenty of pavements bulging up, creating trip hazards. There's loads of trees been planted in the fields of Walton High School.
This really isn't true. The huge majority of urban trees provide nothing but positives, loads of positives. Structural problems are caused by the wrong tree in the wrong place!Trees when planted in urban environments often cause structural problems. Ha Ha! Dear me! Where I work we have been volunteering with Cannock Council & Forest of Mercia to help create an urban forest. We planted nearly 1,300 saplings in two days recently!.Have you see a newly planted tree in Stafford recently?
