By the dates given , it sounds like it's part of the cinema complex.

Makes sense, but there’s previous on the above so no real change of use when it comes to planning regs

Imagine the shock and awe of a poor Conservative councillor taking her library books back next door only to see a flock of raincoats appear next to the pet shop

No pest control spray can deter that

Outrageous

Depends on whether they’re there by choice really.

Sex work is work, except when it’s not partaken in willingly.
Not really….

Very few would choose it over anything else for equal pay

OnlyFans is big biz and it does keep STDS relatively low

AIDS was a stronger deterrent of course , not to mention SARS-Cov-2, which you may already have heard of

Hopefully the strip bar won't be around for long in this current climate

Then again seeing some people that are in casa every day they're open i'm sure they'll get some desperate people/weirdos going there.

Horrible. Everything about sex work, horrible
It may be horrible, but for some women it's the only way they can feed their kids, put a roof over their heads. No-one knows the reasons people choose that way of life. Yes, it may be to feed a drink and/or drug habit. There by the Grace of God go us all.

Used work with a girl who has over 4 thousand followers on there.

Which is why it's horrible. Horrible lives lead to a horrible choice to have to do something worse than horrible, sex with some disgusting stranger

New application has been put it to turn the old job centre into residential units.

Think you have till January the 23rd to object.

Should mean work starts on the eyesore this year.

I wonder if anyone would actually object to that… other than an entity that wanted it for other purposes I guess

More a question of building regs if it’s to be a dumping ground for hospital patients with no place to go, or has that one lapsed?

Offices are not natural home conversions spaces, often resulting in poor air quality and mould

Wasn’t there evidence of this on the same road somewhere ?

Who would choose to live there. Its a poorly built building in a horrible location right on the dual carriageway 🤷‍♀️
Too many people just need somewhere to live, unable to "choose" somewhere nice.
And I doubt if the traffic's much worse than on the Eccleshall, Stone, Weston, Lichfield and Newport Roads.
