Yeah, but when a group of Rainbows in uniform & under adult supervision were playing organised games we had old wrinklies phoning the police and complaining that there were young people causing a nuisance on the play area. There was one person who phoned the police whenever she looked out of her window and saw young people because she didn't like them around. Bit of a drug problem and quite a lot of theft of equipment from farms though to be honest.
