I've been on Glucosamine. Them and moderate exercise meant that my knee replacement was cancelled a few years ago.
I do a minimum of 10,000 steps a day, so I think I have enought excercise. I might look up glucosamine though if that helps too , thank you.

I fixed my 'difficult' knee, after twenty years of it grumbling severely for every waking hour, by falling off a motorbike and whacking it very hard off the road.

As it became more mobile, I began cycling again, initially because the car seat wouldn't go back far enough for the stiff leg to operate the clutch.

Eventually, things became manageable and I continued the cycling, more for convenience than exercise.

A good while later, a friend was describing a similar condition and I sympathised, saying how I had suffered for years - then I realised that it had stopped some time ago!

I have had no real issue in the subsequent two decades, bar the odd justifiable twinge for a few seconds, maybe once a month.

The other knee had a similar, but rather less significant issue, and this also 'healed', possibly as a result of not being affected by my efforts to 'unload' the other knee.

I can offer this revolutionary alternative therapy on a private appointment basis, with a minimal wait - just enough time for me to arrange the loan of a van to throw you out the back of.

Just ordered some. I'll try anything if it means my knees are pain free.
I'd seen them advertised on FB fir ages & my knee & hip, back pain was so bad I thought if try them... Unimpressed at first, but after about 10 days I woke up with nearly no pain...really helped. (Not my back though) ....

Given that 'bone on bone' and osteonecrosis were only two of the things wrong with my knees such that at worst I struggled to slowly walk a hundred yards I can hardly believe how they have improved over the last six years.
Now can we get back to discussing Stafford shops opening ?

No, now I'm going to inundate you with knee posts .....just so you know how it feels...

Knees...pain. Started a few months ago but it's now so difficult to get a drs appt (holmcroft/patches,if you know you know) that I looked for anything myself before I went to the drs...Severn seas (stupidly expensive) joint pain capsules did nothing. These have.

I was told probably 20 years ago that I was high risk of osteoporosis, so I'm guessing thats what it is....open to help & whats worked for other people with back/hip & knee pain

Well if you're going to be like that I'll add that my mother had osteoporosis.

I didn't think that had gotten past planning permission because it was so close to the school
