Can you use legal aid to get a super injunction?
I suspect not, although it may be technically possible..

I understand that somebody has been found to be in contempt for merely seeking legal advice on challenging a super-injunction..

If true that rather extracts the urine, what a fair legal system we have!

It is, of course, difficult to know what is true any more. The argument seems to be that he must have talked about what he's not allowed to talk about in order to try to get into a situation where he is allowed to talk about it, I think..

California court forces (Twitter) to reveal personal details of user accused of libelling local authority in north-east England

The social network has passed the name, email address and telephone number of a south Tyneside councillor accused of libelling the local authority via a series of anonymous Twitter accounts. South Tyneside council took the legal fight to the superior court of California, which ordered Twitter, based in San Francisco, to hand over the user's private details.

...the move to use California courts (as opposed to high court in London) is likely to be seen as a landmark moment in the internet privacy battle.
For - internet content is 'out of control' - read - internet content is 'out of our control'. Battle, it would appear, is to be commenced.

Then the council will discover they've accused the wrong guy all along and be villified for wasting tax payers money.

Its a list

Some people on the list have had some contact with the legal profession

Missing from the list are a great deal of males who earn more than three million pounds per annum

is it just me or do none of those links work?
It may be that you have to correct the spelling - there seems to be a lot of deliberate mis-spelling, perhaps in an effort to avoid discovery...

The top one may really be the Daily Star, for example.
