Are you willing to shape the future design of The Swan, steer us in the right direction with our food offering and generally give us a customer insight into what were doing right or wrong?
Last year we refurbished all 31 bedrooms at The Swan ie. the first, second and third floor, 2012 will be the tenth year of Lewis Partnership ownership of The Swan and the ground-floor is scheduled to have a full refurbishment (seems like a Stafford pub trend at the moment)
Would some of you be willing to meet with our facilitator and act as a consumer panel, prior to The Swan having a facelift, tell me what your loves, hates, gripes and moans are, what we can improve, where we are going wrong, where we should try harder etc.
I already have some willing volunteers thanks to a post on another topic on the forum, however a few more willing people would be most welcome.
The forums will be midweek, about 8 people plus an independent facilitator on each.
I'll provide a buffet, some suitable refreshments as a thank you gift!
