I've never been but people keep comparing to KFC and Maccies so is it Mexican food of the same ilk?

Anyone know what the holdup is with this place, definitely doesn’t look open
I personally don't believe there's a hold up. They've completely gutted the pizza hut and rebuilding from a blank canvas.

Coincidentally the wife discovered that Stratford Taco Bell opened on the 24th April, the date originally posted on the Google listing for Stafford. I think someone mixed up the sites when updating Google and setting everyone's expectations that it would be open in a few weeks.

Googled it and this was the result.

I was elsewhere this weekend and tried my first ever Taco Bell meal, having been warned that it would be disappointing.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cheaper and more filling than McDonalds with some actual flavour, and weirdly addictive cinnamon puff things.

Actual well made Mexican food it ain't, but I've struggled to find that in Mexican restaurants in the UK anyway.

I'm looking forward to this one opening, even if my waistline isn't.

Has anyone been? I haven't but tracking social media posts seems to suggest they've been a bit overwhelmed the last couple of days...

Yes went yesterday lunchtime at 12.20pm
Very busy inside but did was coming out good. Had to wait 5-10 mins. There's a glass partition where you see them putting all the food together.
As I said on a previous post the last of a drive through will push up the numbers ordering inside....

◄---- Orders a flying saucer sized sombrero and two crossed bandoliers of large calibre bullets to wear from Amazon and practices saying:

"Hey ... Gringo .... you're my friend ..." :P

Do they have the ordering screens inside? I bloody hate having to order at places like that without knowing the menu and being able to see what's on offer.

Unfortunately I have since found the other thread talking about this. We can't have anything new without someone complaining it's not as good as X or Y ... Or going off on a weird irrelevant tangent

The novelty will very soon wear off.
And it might be something else within a year.
