Tap and spile gone to pub heaven

Peel Terrace once had 3 pubs, Albion ( closed) Kings Arms and the Tap & Spile, now with some of the running cost figures mentioned in this thread are / were there enough customers to keep 3 pubs running?

I live a literal stones throw from the kings arms and never been in there once. Went in the Albion a few times and the tap quite a bit.

The king's arms draught cider is gash and all the bottles are just alcopop fruit flavoured things so I never go in anymore.
