Butters John Bee have a board outside The Albion advertising its sale
by auction on the 29th of February 2016. The guide price is £150,000
with planning permission for 2X3 bed homes and 1X2 bed home.

I've a sneaking suspicion that that's why it's gone to auction.

I think it has Mr Marwood, the developers made a fine job of it. Hopefully, whoever is responsible
for roads maintainence will join in and make bus travel along the Marston Road less of a bone
rattling experience.

Northfields is a lovely addition, the overriding problem though is lack of parking, adding houses to that plot will mean more cars on street parking, potentially. Personally I would introduce residents parking to Peel Terrace and Victoria Terrace.
