a perfectly normal child
Just casual nosiness here but under what circumstances would the LEA provide for a taxi to primary school for a perfectly normal child who only lives about a mile away?
I see someone getting picked up every morning and it's puzzling me...
It would perhaps have been phrased better to have said he has no physical or learning difficulties, he's a perfectly well and active little lad. His parents also both have cars and they both work from home most days of the week.in what way is the child perfectly normal..?

you'll see that there are a whole load of possible circumstances.
Appearing "perfectly normal" doesn't mean that a person doesn't have some particular needs either due to a disability or other issues.
