That may be the 'quote' in the bottom right-hand corner of the post that you want to quote.. like this^Katie said:How do I do this to where i type in the box...like everyone else is doing? (thick or what) I have got to say I AM LOVING THIS FORUM SITE. Also I have just noticed I am no longer deemed as a "newby" I am now a bob on member! lol
To put that into context, three quid was about eleven or twelve pints back then - so around thirty-five to forty quid now..Katie said:Good heavens above! What a fab price that was eh.....hahahahahaha! I was only 7yrs old then.
Fab thank you very much..................I suppose that works out about right then cus thats what we generally pay now to see one band. Fantastic piece of memorabilia, the ticket that is.Gramaisc said:To put that into context, three quid was about eleven or twelve pints back then - so around thirty-five to forty quid now..Katie said:Good heavens above! Not at all! Sometimes it's easy for us "Netizens" to forget that not everyone has used an Internet forum before, so we forget to explain the basics. If you have any questions, make sure you ask them!Katie said:How do I do this to where i type in the box...like everyone else is doing? (thick or what)
Definitely glad to hear it.Katie said:I have got to say I AM LOVING THIS FORUM SITE.
Quite literally, now.Katie said:Also I have just noticed I am no longer deemed as a "newby" I am now a bob on member! lol
Gramaisc is the forum guardian angel and the only reason that (some) of my posts make any sense at all. Indeed, thanks to a Gramaisc tutorial, I can also play with fripperies such as this -Katie said:Fab thank you very much..................I suppose that works out about right then cus thats what we generally pay now to see one band. I don't think Katie's a tout. She was looking to get rid of a ticket for what sounds like a genuine reason and she wasn't asking for a fortune. Surely the bands playing there would be making more than £60?dangerousdave said:i hate touts, what have you actually done that warrants you making more from the sale of that ticket than any of the acts performing?
I'm guessing dangerousdave's source is this, so it's for a single band (The Libertines).gk141054 said:1.5 million paid for all of the bands, or just one?
Now restored.Andreas Rex said:As we've established, parking is at a premium in Castletown. Surely no reason for someone to attempt to park their car in my lounge last night??!
Seriously..
