Vodafone - Is it me or is there no service bottom end of High Street?

Latest here -Vodafone still adamant there is no problem.

Any comment from the Stafford Vodafone store?

I have sent to Express and Star news but have been ignored - perhaps Vodafone spend too much on advertising with them ?
