Walkies?

Anyone fancy a walk, week tomorrow? Not had a massive response to the thread I posted in 'Events' on 10th June, http://www.staffordforum.com/xf/index.php?threads/long-awaited-forum-walk-i-doubt-it-ed.15890/
I will start the walk from the car park at the end of Martin Drive, about 50 yards from the roundabout, where the track to Barleyfields Farm starts.

I will be there from 10.15 am, will set off at 10.30 prompt. I walk from there regularly with my dog, but which route I choose will depend on the participants come along, the weather, and how strenuous people want the walk to be. I am thinking about a few hours and over 5 miles, but that will of course depend on who attends. A choice of routes should allow me to tailor a walk to meet peoples mobility/fitness, I am sure I could even organise a walk around a wheelchair user, (the bike track to Gnosal.)
If people give me some indication of walking experience/likely distance it would be useful, but I will probably make a final decision on the 5th.
I will take my dog, and she will be off the lead, unless this would mean that people will not come.
Over to you folks, I can promise an interesting walk, which ever route we decide to take!!
'bpelectic' & Carole have already declared an interest, so do not need to respond, but if anyone one else would like to come, please let me know. :stafford:

Hi I did respond but I said that I couldn't make the 5th.

Its a great idea and something that I would be interested in but it's most unlikely that I would be able to join in at a weekend.

If you ever decide to walk during the week and maybe just for an hour (5 miles is too much for me) then I would really love to take part.
