Washing machine repair needed

HI all

I really need a qualified mechanic to come and have a look at our washing machine, preferably I could do with someone that would be willing to come out have a look see if it can be fixed and if so what it would cost so we can make a decision as to weather its worth fixing or better to just replace it.

The problem we are having is that it is not draining when wash has finished we are having to manually drain the machine after every wash, also the hot wash function is not working it goes through the wash process but does not get hot.

If anyone can recommend anyone to me or there are any mechanic's on here i really would be grateful for the help
