We really loved Strictly tonight.

I love the glitz and glamour, the dresses, the moves. I adore Claudia (girl crush).

Really looking forward to a few weeks time when the actual dancing starts.

As there has been a distinct level of crud on the box recently that completely dis-interests me (until season 2 of Fargo & Gotham are aired) I've been going through box sets again.....This being possibly one of the finest of them all.

N.B. - NOT safe for work or young ears due to colourful use of the English Language.

Caught up with the Channel 4 show commemorating the last major Luftwaffe assault on September 15th 1940

Battle of Britain : Return of the Spitfires with Dermot O'Dreary....

Fantastic show with an incredible gathering of Spits, Hurricanes and a Bristol Blenheim....But I have some gripes with it....

For starters Dermot presenting and what felt like a complete lack of respect to those he was interviewing, especially the veterans & Harry Wales.....it felt like he was almost mocking them at times. Not at all good. The other thing was the title of the show...."Return of the Spitfires"??

Really??? Does it sound like a rip off of a certain Sci-fi movie franchise at all?

Strictly was really good tonight - the guy from The Wanted was fantastic - after the show it was all over the internet that he had attended a dance school - someone said he was fraud. I don’t think that he's a fraud a lot of the contestants have dance experience

On Monday night i watched panorama - Tough Justice in Britain Texas style. a report on rehabilitation and prison reform - it was really interesting.

The system pushed people who have had a life of crime to turn their lives around - stop drinking and doing drugs - get a job and have a family.
A judge runs a programme where they get support and motivation and help to start to live a better live. There are some of the prisoners that never turn their life around and spend their whole life in prison. What a waste of a precious gift of life
