I've gone metric in most things, it's pretty much necessary in science and engineering. However, when it comes to drink, I'm imperial through and through. Still think in terms of pints and gills. Half a 70cl bottle is 35cl which is equal to 0.616 pints.
I've used a conversion factor of 1 litre = 1.76 pints here, close enough for government work.
(You're beginning to sound like my GP. I lie to her as well .... )
